About us

Contemporary Collage Magazine is a family affair! It was founded by designer and collage artist, Les Jones, and is now run with his daughter, Molly (designer) and son, Wilf (Social media and operations) - remarkably, they haven’t killed each other yet! The magazine studio is based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, a small town in Staffordshire, UK.

Les Jones

Les is a designer, photographer, speaker and collage artist. He discovered his passion for collage art at the beginning of the Pandemic and, after a fruitless search for magazines on the topic, decided to launch Contemporary Collage Magazine.

Likes : Football • Walking his dog, Nora • A cold beer
Dislikes : Passwords • Cous Cous (what’s the point?) • DIY (because he’s beyond useless at it)

Molly Campbell

Before joining her Dad to launch CC. Magazine, Molly worked for six years as a graphic designer for the cosmetic brand, LUSH. Molly is the unofficial boss in the studio, keeping all the plates spinning and making sure Les does what he needs to do without getting distracted!

Likes : Interiors • Nutella • Being in water
Dislikes : Admin • Spiders • Tomatoes

Wilf Jones

Wilf joined Les and Molly in 2023 and takes care of Operations (getting stuff out) and Social Media (getting the word out). Outside of the magazine, Wilf plays the piano and goes wild camping.

Likes : Antiques • World music • Fixing things
Dislikes : Waking up • Authority • Liquorice
