Please do not send queries to us through Instagram as we can’t guarantee that we will see them due to the high volume of messages we receive.
I haven’t received my magazine, where is it?
If you have purchased a digital issue of Contemporary Collage Magazine, you will recieve an email after purchasing with a link to download the issue. This is active for 24 hours. If you haven’t managed to download your purchase in this time, please send us an email to: hello@contemporarycollagemagazine.com
and we will refresh the link for you.
If you can’t find the link, please check your spam folder to make sure it hasn’t ended up there.
If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with your order number and the issues you have purchased, and we can issue you the link manually.
Please note, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you have purchased one of our printed issues or a collage challenge, depending where you are in the world will depend on how long it takes for your issue to arrive. While the Royal Mail website states international orders should take between 5-7 days from dispatch to arrive at their destination, in our experience it can take a lot longer (thanks Brexit). If you haven’t received your purchase a month from receiving a dispatch notice, please get in touch.
Please note, we ship Monday - Wednesdays. If your order is urgent, please send us an email and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to customs charges which are beyond our control.
I want to cancel my membership
We’re always sad to hear that someone wants to stop receiving their Contemporary Collage Magazines, we work really hard to make them as diverse and interesting as possible - but we understand times can be tough, and we’re not the right fit for everyone.
Login to your Customer Portal and click ‘Subscriptions’, here you can manage and cancel your account should you wish to.
I’m a digital subscriber and I didn’t download the last magazine
You can view all of the digital magazines in your subscription on your Customer portal. Log in and you can see all attached PDFs of the magazine you will have received since subscribing.
I ordered a challenge/product and it hasn’t arrived.
We always post our challenges within a week of purchase, national delivery should arrive within a week of dispatch, international orders can take a while longer. If you haven’t received your order within a month of purchase, please get in touch: hello@contemporarycollagemagazine.com with your name, the challenge you’ve purchased and the address your challenges should be sent to and we’ll do our best to get another challenge out to you.
